Blue and green mini dress from my THNEED collection. Made from the same scarf as the mini skirt also featured on my shop, this dress has a halter style neckline and a blue silt collar tie around the neck. The dress gets shorts the wider it is stretched as well so it can be word shorter or a tad longer. Fitz about a size 32-38 bust and 33-39 hip. Machine wash on gentle or hand wash.
