Fizzbam Fabrications

This dress features a strapless tube top style neckline with an asymmetrical skirt hem. I used the Thneed material from my collection to create the trim on the skirt and to add a little more weight so the skirt lays very wavy. There is an elastic band on the back waist. This dress fits about a size 36-40 bust and a 27-30 waist best.
