Check out this fun yellow and blue cropped collar! Featuring scrap fabrics I have had laying around for a few years, this collar is ideal for layering with button ups, dresses and more! This piece also comes with matching cuffs that can be worn with it on on their own! The super fun heart details double as pockets! There are ties on either side of the collar as well as in the front. It is semi adjustable but fits best on size 32-35 in.  bust.
