I am a big fan of this top personally. I got a couple yards of this vintage D.A.R.E fabric from a flee market and I thought it was so fun with all the neon colors. This is a corset style strapless top with a little bit of boning. Check out the grommets on the back, they’re fun colors and shapes! This top fits a S/M, about a 36-38 bust. Machine wash on gentle.
