Check out this adjustable sparkling blue mini skirt with a high leg slit. The skirt has a set of 4 snaps on the waistband so it can be worn at different tightnesses. It can be worn as a high-waisted or low-waisted skirt depending on your waist and where you decide to snap it together! This skirt was made out a thrifted table runner and scrap fabric and was featured in the Night Aquatic fashion show. Fits about a size 24-28 waist. Machine wash on gentle.
