Explora NM is an interactive museum in old town ABQ. They often do after hours events and adult nights at this venue that are tons of fun! Check out some of the information below about this venue and the fashion events we’ve helped with in the past.
Project Runway Youth Night at Explora!
In August of 2025 I visited explora to showcase some of my designs for their young adult night.
They had the night themed like project runway so the kids who came to the event were asked to team up with each other to create teams of 2, one model and one designer. Each team had an hour to create full runway looks for their models using trash and scraps given to them. It was so inspiring to see the younger generation getting so much joy out of creating these looks together.
After the hour was up the kids were given a chance to showcase their looks on the runway and everyone did so amazing! I got the honor of judging the fashion contest and crowing the winners but it was so hard to choose.
After the kiddos went, I got a chance to showcase some of my looks as well! I decided to go with some of my most fun and colorful looks for this show, which seemed like the perfect fit for the museum! Take a look at some of the images below!

Glam Lab Adult Night
After the youth night was such a success, I was so excited to have Explora reach back out to showcase my designs a second time in November of 2025! This time we were showcasing at one of their adult nights!
They had food and drinks available during the event as well as a live musician playing throughout the night. I got to showcase my designs alongside, Evalina Clothing and Jericho and it was a blast!
All the models and designers were getting along great, that is until the drama started… Just kidding, besides the fire alarm being set off on accident during the fashion show, the night was drama free and so much fun! Check out the link below to a funny little skit we filmed during the event!
The whole event was amazing once again and I can’t wait to come back and participate in their 2026 shows!
