Two tops in one! This floral halter style top is fully reversible and can be worn on either pattern. the top ties in the back and on the sides for easy wear. This is great for the summer since it’s light weight or use it as a layering piece. This top was made using scrap fabric and bias tape passed down from my grandma. This top fits a size M and is slightly adjustable because of the ties.
