Description
This green mini skirt was made using all scrap fabrics from a custom dress I was hired to create. I ended up having quite a few larger scraps left over so I created this scrunchie mini skirt. It has different green fabrics patched together to create the hem. Elastic band fits about a size 30-35 waist. Machine wash on gentle.
