This groovy ruffled dress was a thrift flip from an old skirt I got from the thrift store. It has an elastic top so it won’t fall down, even though it’s strapless! The pink ruffle detail at the bottom brings out the pink coloring in the pattern. There is a small keyhole detail in the front under the bust. Fits about a size 33-37 bust and a 24-28 waist best. Machine wash on gentle.
