This holiday themed skirt was actually made using a thrifted Christmas tree skirt that I got a while back and had no use for. The band is fully shirred to create a super stretchy waistband, this makes the skirt adjustable quite a few sizes. Depending on how stretched the skirt is will determine its fullness. Fits a S to a L. Machine wash okay.
